Whilst I work with parents across the UK, and internationally, I am based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. In the local area there are huge number of small businesses in the children’s industry.

Here is a list of a select few small businesses that I am aware of, have worked with, have partnered with and/or support. I am personally passionate about supporting other small businesses and am pleased to have their permission to provide their links below. Support small businesses – it makes a difference.

Cheltenham Maman Run by the inimitable Kate Starkey, this is a blog that covers a huge range of topics, all of which relate to mothering in Cheltenham the Cotswolds. If you are based in the area, or are visiting, this is a must read.

((Bounce)) Hatherley is one for the parents out there! The most fun exercising I’ve EVER had  (and I’ve tried them all…). A 60 minute workout on a mini trampoline. The company tag line is Fun, Friendly and Fierce and this is so true. Leave sweaty and smiling and burn off  (approximately) a million calories!

Oliiki is a fantastic app, designed for bumps to age 2. This app gives you daily ideas of easy things to do with your baby that are linked to scientifically proven learning outcomes. It gives parents confidence that they have a range of ideas, as well as an understanding about why banging on a saucepan isn’t just to create noise – it tells you how this activity is developing their brain. A useful parenting support.

Babel Babies  Join the multi-lingual revolution and start your child’s journey into foreign languages! Babel Babies provides award winning foreign language classes for babies and toddlers, that are fun for kids and their grown ups. No language ability required to attend!

Bump to Baby Chapter The Bump to Baby Chapter provide antenatal classes and hypno-birthing to expectant parents. The owner, Beth Kitt, and her team are all practicing midwives and what they don’t know about birth isn’t worth knowing. They also run one of the funniest Instagram feeds I’ve ever seen!

Morphosis Morphosis Education is an educational consultancy specialising in supporting children, their families and wider network through potential developmental disorder diagnosis and intervention. They aim to address the problematic waiting times often faced by children who are suspected of needing additional support.

Dinky Street  This is a wonderful award winning role play centre, aimed at children aged under 7. Whatever they want to act out, they can. Rooms include a supermarket, hairdressers, jail, building site, stage, cafe, and more.

Nom Nom Kids have the most delightful range of reusable snack pouches and bags. The designs are really engaging; my little ones love how it looks like the monster is eating their snack! Great to have around for days out, school lunches and snacks and for portioning out food when you’ve bought a large bag. Easy to clean too.
